NYC Eats, operated by Di Nerd Apps LLC, is a free, read-only tool that retrieves public data. It is unofficial and not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government agency or data publisher.
2. Information only
Results are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They aren't legal, financial or professional advice. Always confirm with the official source before acting.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service to check restaurants you're considering. Don't use it to harass restaurant owners or staff or to misrepresent their inspection record. Don't scrape data in bulk or disrupt the service or its data sources.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Di Nerd Apps LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on the service.
6. Changes
We may change or discontinue the service or these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.

Unofficial — not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of New York or NYC Health. Based on public DOHMH inspection results on NYC Open Data, which can lag by several days. Inspections are snapshots; confirm on NYC Health's ABC Eats.
